Police Campaign: “Don’t Be a Zombie, Join the Tiger Resistance”

February 27, 2013

From the The Daily Reveille: “Stopping the Zombies” by Nicolas Cotten is about a pedestrian safety campaign by the LSU police department:

LSUPD and University Relations started the “Don’t Be a Zombie, Join the Tiger Resistance” campaign this week in response to students running into one another on bikes, in cars and on foot while on their phones

Recall similarly, from April of last year ZombieLaw post: “Office of Traffic Safety hunting Cell Phone Zombies” and mindlessness while using a cell phone is well documented. See the short film “Texting While Walking” by Casey Neistat on NYTimes.

What is “tiger” resistance? Is it related to Charlie Sheen’s Tiger Blood?
