Zombie Lawsuits attack Tobacco Industry

Travis Akin, Executive director of Illinois Lawsuit Abuse Watch, wrote a letter to the editor published by St.Louis Post-Dispatch “Giant lawsuit against tobacco companies keeps coming back”:

In the event of a zombie apocalypse, no one is ever completely safe because regardless of how many zombies a person fights off, there are always more right behind them.

In Madison County, there is a lawsuit, which much like a zombie attack, keeps coming back again and again.

The letter goes on to explain the persistence of personal injury attorneys against tobacco companies and refers to “judicial hellholes”
