Chodorow’s zombie tax law gets more press
Peter J Reilly, contributor to Forbes, publishing today: “Zombies And The Estate Tax – Law Professor Questions How Dead Are The Undead“
The article is about the academic paper by Adam Chodorow, discussed previously at ZombieLaw. ZombieLaw has also previously mentioned Peter Reilly for his article on zombie cpa’s at tax season
In today’s piece, Reilly quotes Chodorow’s conclusion which sounds increasingly appropriate to the looming post-election zombie congress sequester budget:
Over the past several years, Congress has found itself locked in a form of partisan rigor mortis. There is no reason to believe things will improve when half of them have been turned into zombies and rigor mortis sets in in earnest. Congress should act now to address this looming crisis, before it is too late.
